Sales Intern

About the Role

As a Sales Intern at Antler Foundry, you'll be at the front line of our business development efforts — identifying new client opportunities, supporting senior account managers, and learning what it truly takes to sell enterprise software solutions to mid-to-large businesses across Sri Lanka and the region. A hands-on, growth-oriented role for someone ambitious and eager to break into the tech industry through the commercial side.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective clients across logistics, retail, aviation, and finance
  • Support the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
  • Assist in cold outreach — email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and contact information
  • Attend client meetings and take notes to support the sales team
  • Contribute to competitive analysis and market research activities
  • Coordinate between clients and the technical team for requirement gathering
What We're Looking For
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Confident communicator — written and verbal, in English and Sinhala/Tamil
  • Self-starter with a genuine interest in technology and software products
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required

Junior QA Engineer
Full-time On-site · Colombo 0–2 Years Experience
About the Role

Our engineering team builds and maintains complex enterprise systems — from billing platforms and logistics tools to multi-tenant SaaS and ERP integrations. As Junior QA Engineer, you will be the guardian of quality, ensuring every feature works as expected, edge cases are caught early, and regressions never reach production. This role suits a methodical, analytically minded individual who takes pride in breaking things before users do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, write, and execute manual test cases for web applications and APIs
  • Create and maintain bug reports with clear reproduction steps in GitLab / Jira
  • Participate in sprint planning and provide testing estimates for new features
  • Perform regression testing after deployments on staging and production
  • Assist in setting up basic automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright
  • Test API endpoints using Postman; validate request/response and error handling
  • Collaborate with developers during bug triage and resolution
  • Document test plans, results, and maintain a living defect log
What We're Looking For
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with Postman, browser dev tools, or any test management software
  • Analytical mindset — can think of "what could go wrong" systematically
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation (SELECT queries, joins)
  • Understanding of web technologies: HTML, HTTP, REST APIs
  • Exposure to any programming or scripting language is a plus

Web Developer & Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a hybrid creative-technologist who can translate business requirements into beautiful, functional digital experiences. The Web Developer & Graphic Designer at Antler Foundry handles everything from building client-facing websites to crafting marketing collateral, UI mockups, social content, and presentation decks. This role is central to our group's digital presence across 12+ companies including Fits Express, Fits Air, Aberdeen Holdings, and OceanPick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites with custom themes and plugins
  • Build responsive landing pages and web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Create UI/UX wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or Adobe XD
  • Design marketing assets: social posts, banners, email headers, pitch decks
  • Manage DNS, cPanel hosting, and domain configurations for group websites
  • Implement SEO best practices, meta tags, Open Graph, and sitemaps
  • Collaborate with the dev team on front-end components for internal web apps
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints for group companies
What We're Looking For
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript
  • Hands-on WordPress experience: themes, plugins, Elementor or similar
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma
  • Eye for detail — typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with responsive/mobile-first design
  • Basic understanding of web hosting, cPanel, and FTP
  • Portfolio demonstrating both design and development work (essential)
  • Knowledge of React or Tailwind CSS is a significant advantage
